Returns
1. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within (7) days of purchase. Returns made after (7) days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
2. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition, unworn with original tags attached. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
3. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. Final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.
4. Returns will only be accepted using the shipping label we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section for details).
5. If you have already returned items from an order but still would like to return additional items from that order, then you must do so within (7) days of the purchase date and pay for the return shipping. Use the shipping label provided.
How do I make a return?
Log in to your customer account to submit a return request.
- 1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
- 2. Select the order that you want to request a return.
- 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the item is returned, you will receive a refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Shipping fees on your original order are not refundable. Please allow a minimum of 1 billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
What if I received a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact Customer Service by phone or email. Please provide the order number and item number from your original confirmation email so the representative can assist you with your return. Returned items will be credited to the original form of payment.
Exchanges
Products may not be exchanged for a different size, color, item or etc.
