How can I track my order?
We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. You can check the status of your order using our Track Order page.
How do I edit or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders that have been paid and in the process of being shipped out cannot be edited or canceled.
How do I know if ordering online is secure?
To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. You should also verify that the URL for the page you are on includes "https" at the beginning. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.
What methods of payment can I use?
AS Designed accepts the following:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Network
- Other forms of payment: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
- At this time, we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders or gift certificates for online purchases. If you have any questions, please call us at 678.768.8073.
Can I add different forms of payment to an order?
No. We're currently unable to accept multiple credit cards for a single transaction. You can, however, apply AS Designed Gift Cards or discount codes to your purchase and pay the remaining balance with a credit card or PayPal.
Can I combine promotional offers?
No. Any promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers except free shipping.
How do I make a return?
To make a return request, you will need to log in to your customer account.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Shipping fees on your original order are not refundable. Please allow a minimum of 1 billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
What if I received a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact Customer Service by phone or email. Please provide the order number and item number from your original confirmation email so the representative can assist you with your return. Returned items will be credited to the original form of payment.
Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
Yes, you can return items, but we do not allow exchanges. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition, unworn with original tags attached. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Where is my order?
Sometimes, due to circumstances that are out of our control, there may be delays in shipping times. If your package has remained “In Transit” for 7+ days, please reach out to Customer Service to further investigate. You can check the status of your order using our Order Status page.
What if I am missing items from my order?
If you are missing items from your order, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of the order delivery date.
